   ROFLMAO!! there's a lot of tuning involved he said. Tuning that thing will give you arthritis. That's the coolest musical instrument I've seen.

   I'll give him this....Terry is the master of the ostinato! A complete separation of all four limbs...amazing! I watched him play four different phrases at one time...at once! I have to admit, I find his solo playing a bit sterile compared to guy's that just "Have that Groove" about their playing and it seems much less orchestrated. Terry could lose about twenty or so drums and still get his point across...imo.

   don't you understand? listen to what he is saying. He wants to make music not rhythms, the rhythm is in his footwork then he is using his arms for the music, listen to solo's by him.

    Terry's a great drummer but that kit is just ridiculous. It get's bigger every year! Watch Bozzio play a solo on that monstrosity, then go watch JoJo Mayer, Dave Weckl, Dennis Chambers or Buddy Rich (to name a few). They flatten Manhattan on a set that's less then a tenth of this! It ain't the arrow,it's the indian.....as they say. I know people will comment and say I don't know anything about Terry, but I've seen him clinic twice and in concert many times. His playing with Zappa was fantastic.

    such a great kit and he sucks so bad at soloing actually if i was him i would buy a xylophone and sell the 75% of that kit some hi hats combination he uses fail horribly and he can't ven hit them

    Bozzio, an idiot? This guy has played with Zappa, and Zappa was not known for having "idiots" in his band. Peart is a show-off, he dosn't know WHEN to just "kick back," in a song. It's always "Hey, look at what I can do." Bozzio knows when to get flashy, and when not to. ProDrummer9, YOU are an idiot. And please refrain from emailing me, I will simply delete your ridiculous ramblings.
