   lol, those are techniques. the result of good technique is the throw, you're not actually trying to throw your opponent, just doing the technique that he has given you ;)

   No throws? What is kaiten nage? kokyu nage? shiho nage? I'm confused and curious as to what you mean... The technical term is projection (Aikido and the Art of the Dynamic Sphere). It's still the art of hitting people with planets, you know, in a peaceful way. :)

    They aren't normally armed because that's not a normal occurrence in Norway :P If it happened more often the cops would be armed more often.
