  1. Adara Says:
Correction: my comment about civilians being attacked was more for what kiasta said, not what lxiangriffin said. But for what lxiangriffin said, yes you are right I may not know everything that goes on. But I am sure I know a hell of a lot more then people who have never been there.
  2. Kesare Says:
I hope you are actually telling the truth about being in SOG, and not one of these people that thinks being a support group counts as being in it. What you say would make sense if the Iraqis only attacked soldiers. The fact that they attack civilians all the time with terrorist tactics completely goes against what you say. What about Sunni, and Shiite??? If you were really in SOG like you claim then you would know about these things.
  3. Odon Says:
i think blackwater is a neccisary evil and get things done. That way military troops don't have to do it. Private contractors are payed for their risks and military personel aren't until they are private contractors will win wars.
  4. Prospero Says:
By saying bombs were planted by terrorists is presumptuous at best. By saying you were there doesn't say that you know everything about the area, motives or the people responsible. All you know is what your commanders tell you. I also am ex-military and was a member of SOG while I was in and know for a fact that soldiers are used as pawns, for other's benefit.
  5. Khalid Says:
You never answered my question about ever going there. Unless you have ACTUALLY been there yourself, then there is not way you could ever know whats really going on. Weapons of Mass Destruction... well that can be taken many ways. Hell, Clinton tried saying civilian bolt action .50 cal rifles were weapons of mass destruction.
  6. Emma-Lise Says:
No shit, we invaded their country of course there are going to be pissed of people trying to take back their country, wouldn't you do the same? It doesn't change the fact that the reason we went there had nothing to do with terrorism AND there were no WMD's, they didn't even have solid proof. Look I don't disrespect you but you have to see some logic in what is going on.
  7. Coralyn Says:
No, terrorist in Iraq? Have you ever been there?????? Telling me to do my research.... Hmmm.... lets see, I just got back 2 weeks ago from a 15 month deployment there. I think that counts enough for research there. Yes, there are terrorists. Bombs dont just plant themselves in the road, or in cars.
  8. Caolan Says:
Yep here it comes the mass of idiot FOX News watchers marking my comment down go ahead the truth is the truth.
  9. Rozene Says:
You speak as if the government is for the people. They are for the government and the government is definitely NOT for the people. What do you think will happen after this never-ending 'war' is over with? Policing the country with militaristic force like they are already starting to do. Even if you don't believe in it you will see soon enough.
  10. Carmina Says:
Excuse me but there are no fucking terrorists in Iraq. We went there on false accusations and LIES. Why do you think the world hates us? We invaded a country under false pretense KNOWINGLY. So before you talk about terrorists do a little research.
  11. Donell Says:
isn't blackwater operating inside the U.S. like martial law but with one that does not really have to follow military regulations?
  12. NOLA Says:
Americans are complaining that Blackwater is getting too strong. I guess it's a good thing that they are working for the U.S. then. I highly doubt they will turn on the US, especially since they are based in the US, and are mostly Americans.
  13. Emery Says:
"Detroit is the murder capital." 2006 New Orleans 2007 New Orleans 2008 Chicago (Great Job Barack)
  14. Joran Says:
e.g. McDonald could hire Black Water to possibly threaten or better yet assassinate you for knowing their secret recipe for McNugget but there's no one there to stop them since neither your local police nor military police can has the authority to interfere them. Whom ever that has the money can get the contractors to do what ever that pleases them !
  15. Urquhart Says:
Yes the video makes a loose reference to make a negative image of the company; but the problem of Black Water is not what it's doing in Iraq (though that too is problematic) It's the fact that it is a completely privately owned mercenaries corporation having equivalent fire power of the infantry of the strongest nation in the world with no strict over sight by congress and they fall out of federal jurisdiction since they are both private but part of united states military but free from UCMJ
  16. Xalbadora Says:
Wake up a**hole, it's people like those at Blackwater, that allow you the freedom to speak against the United States and the way it fights the terrorists.......If you don't like it, you all can get on a flight to the middle east or africa and enjoy the great life those people are living....A**hole
  17. RAMLA Says:
Anderasio is exactly right. Blackwater has a website that shows all the different things they train for. I think Blackwater is very valuable not only in a war type environment, but also the security of our nation's important assets nationally and internationally.
  18. Lyones Says:
It's all about making the viewer connect Blackwater to evil. Shadow Army, impunity, secretive, bankroller, Wilderness and right wing. All these words (in the correct usage) will often be connected to evil. That connected with the 'gangsta rap' makes Blackwater appear as a gang of thugs looting and plundering everything in Iraq. Completely left out here, is that Blackwater USA also trains bodyguards, K9 units and that kind of stuff.
  19. Blancheflour Says:
its the price of freedom cuz freedom is not free
  20. Deryck Says:
The U.S. is capitalist, I think you mean communist.
  21. HATIM Says:
    Detroit is the murder capital.
  22. ARCHARD Says:
Looks like Eisenhower's prophecy came true. Good bye Republic and The Constitution. Hello Capitalism!
  23. Rinna Says:
No "ominous threats" in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina other than Blackwater, eh? Newsflash: Take the murder capital of the country and subtract the police department, think some "mercenaries" just may not have been a bad idea, dumbass?
  24. Dallas Says:
Wow its amazing the fact the guys faith gets mention as if it has anything to do with being a mercenary company. I think this just a very misplaced understanding of the military or war. Im not surprised most civilians generally dont understand the history of war or how mercenaries have played a major role throughout time
  25. DIBE Says:
Blackwater is not a threat o anyone but the enemy, i satnd with blackwater 110%
