    人口の多い東京ならではの苦肉の策だね。 人力で漕がないといけない自転車は 名古屋や福岡型の地上駐輪場の方が使いやすいんだけど 東京の需要を満たす量ってなると地下1階じゃ済まないだろうからね

    駐輪場の出庫に23秒って、 かかりすぎでしょどう考えても（笑） 10人並んでたら自分の自転車出すのに 3分以上かかる 荷物をもったままそんなに待てないよ 機構のすごさだけを考えていてはダメでしょ

    Bycyle parking in that way is not uncommon in Japan's urban aerea. Japan's land cost is very high,espesially urban zone. So,Hi-Tech Parking that has less spaces is necesary in Japan.

    推定人口　2008年10月 東京都　12,907,236人 大阪府　8,833,777人 東京圏　34,607,069人 大阪圏　18,643,915人 人口も考慮しないとフェアじゃないですよ^^ 人口を考慮すると・・・・・やはり大阪圏の方が放置自転車する方が多いみたいですよ;p
