    Your search, from what I garnered from your video showed that 'cats' were searched for more often than heels, however, just being searched for doesn't mean people were searching for it for fetish reasons. I think you left out a key piece of information about how you linked searches using wordtracker for fetish reason vice shopping reasons.

    i think the first study's definition of fetish is different from yours. second you sample is not representative at all. say about 3% of the world has a computer and less have internet access next time, state and reread the study instead of creating a bs one to give "the real picture". yet i agree that the way bologna conducted the study seems odd and i would've been more intrigued with your observation of how they conducted their study.

    Also, fetishes are generaly described as a sexual fixation on a non sexual part of the body or particular object. Panties cover sexual organs, so I would argue that they are closer to being "sexual" than traditionally "non-sexual" garments like shoes. Breasts also play a part in nourishment of the results of the sexual-reproduction process, so fixation on them is far more "normal" than in feet. So, in terms of reporting what fetishes (abnormal fixations), I think their results are fine.

    Well, for starters, the study was apparently done in Bologna, Italy. Italians may have a culturally greater leaning towards feet than Americans or other Europeans. (Where are the most sought after shoes made?). Also, when you're searching with that website that you seem to base most of your conclusions off of, are you searching for "foot fetish" in other languages or just english? The american advertising media as well as the "adult" industries pump out alot of what they consider "normal".

    If you go to wordtracker and type panties the top search results are, "wet panties, panties galleries, no panties, teen panties, pull down my panties, candid panty shots, men in panties, panty job", etc. It's obvious the mass majority of the searches are porn traffic. "Buy Panties" doesn't even make it in the top 100 searches. Try it yourself; it's obvious.

    How dos using word tracker corelate to sexual fetish? You don't know why each word was searched. A girl may have been shopping for panties or panty hose. Her data is sample biased and does not consider the searchers motive.
