Catanzaro | 18 ottobre 2008 De Magistris: ci sono magistrati in Calabria non estranei alla criminalità "Una parte rilevante della magistratura calabrese non e' affatto estranea al sistema criminale che gestisce affari di particolare rilevanza in Calabria". La denuncia arriva da Luigi De Magistris, giudice del Riesame di Napoli in un intervista televisiva. "Sono dell'idea - ha aggiunto - che se la magistratura avesse remato tutta da una stessa parte e se la legalita', alla quale ogni magistrato si dovrebbe attenere, rappresentasse un patrimonio vero di tutta la magistratura calabrese, non staremmo qui a discutere come mai in 10 anni non e' cambiato proprio nulla. Senza una parte della magistratura collusa la criminalita' organizzata sarebbe stata sconfitta. E il collante in questo sistema sono i poteri occulti che gestiscono le istituzioni. Io stavo indagando su questo fronte e ritengo che uno dei motivi principali del fatto che io sia stato allontanato dalla Calabria risiede proprio in questi fatti". Sul suo trasferimento deciso dal Csm, De Magistris ha detto che "quello che mi e' accaduto e' molto grave. E' un messaggio negativo nei confronti di un territorio che doveva ricevere altri messaggi. Il Consiglio superiore della magistratura avrebbe dovuto dare un segnale positivo alla Calabria e starmi vicino". RaiNews24
